chicken breasts, cut into strips
flour, seasoned with salt and pepper
beaten egg, seasoned with salt and pepper
crushed corn flakes, seasoned with smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, salt and pepper
canola oil, for frying
Set up a dredging station with the seasoned flour, egg and corn flakes each in a separate container. Dip the chicken strips in flour and shake off excess. Dip the strips in egg and shake off the excess, and finish by dipping in crushed corn flakes.
Fry in hot oil until golden and crispy. Drain on paper towels.
