Why crumbless? Well its the Shabbos before Pesach of course, and you all know how that Shabbos meal goes. We start by nibbling our challa over a plastic bag, or for some lucky ones, over the table, after which you promptly change the tablecloth. So, for this relatively crumbless meal, I figured you could all use a delicious, easy-as-pie (actually easier than pie!) crumbless dessert. There is practically no how-to on this. I discovered the absolute most delicious sorbet in this Pomegranate Blueberry Acai Berry Sorbet blend from Wholefruit. I scoop it into a dessert glass and top it off with some blueberries and pomegranate. The texture of the crunchy pomegranate seeds, with the tartness of the blueberries and sweetness of the sorbet will be a party for your taste buds and a feast for your eyes (all the beautiful crimson hues). So go ahead and whip up this crumbless dessert, there’s nothing to it!

Note: If you can’t find the wholefruit sorbet, try Sharon’s mixed berry instead (but honestly there is no comparison to the wholefruit variety!)
